Robert "Bobby" Wright

Waynesville-Robert “Bobby” W. Wright, 62, died on Monday, December 1, 2014. Bobby was born in Haywood County on September 12, 1952, to the late Wendell Wright and Mona Lee Almond Wright. Bobby loved making music and working at HVO. He was a member of Allens Creek Baptist church and had a real love of life. Bobby loved everyone he met and was loved by all who knew him. Bobby is survived by his mother, Mona Lee Wright; his sisters Elaine Brown (David), and Suzanne Teague (Tommy); nieces, Michelle Presnell, Lisa McBride, Meriah Mozingo, and Lydia Teague; nephews, Joe and Jim Teague; seven great-nephews; and 4 great-nieces. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 4, at Allens Creek Baptist Church with the Reverend Eddie Deitz, Reverend Ricky Mason, and Reverend Lloyd Fish. A private burial will be held on Friday. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM prior to the service at Allens Creek Baptist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Allens Creek Baptist Church Missions Program at 549 Allens Creek Road, Waynesville, NC 28786.
