Waynesville-Roselyne “Rose” Gosset Langdale, 77, went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 24, 2019. Rose was born in France on June 25, 1941, as the youngest of nine children to the late Maurice and Marie Pagacz Gosset. As a young military wife, she enjoyed bowling, attending outdoor sports, going to yard sales, and traveling. Rose will be remembered as a giving woman who loved cooking, reading and gardening. Most of all, she loved her family.
In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by eight older siblings.
Rose is survived by her husband of 60 years, Kenneth Langdale, Jr.; sons, Danny Langdale (Nancy) and Tony Langdale; daughter, Christine Martin (Ralph); ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service celebrating Rose’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 26, in the chapel of Garrett Funerals and Cremations with the Reverend Becky Brown officiating.
