Born in Cumberland, MD, on December 3, 1950, the daughter of J.W. and Edna Jane (Lyons) Turner.
Loving daughter of the Late J.W. and Edna Jane Turner; dear mother of Robert Carney; beloved sister of Janie Turner; and friend of many.
Shirley was an Army veteran of the Viet Nam war and was a retired section chief for the U.S. Government.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 22, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Gerber Chapel, 23 W. Lockwood, Webster Groves. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M., Monday, February 24 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Kirkwood, MO, with full military honors.
