She was a native of Jennings, LA and a resident of Pine Island, LA. Wanda was a wonderful wife, mother, mother-in-law, loving grandmother and true friend.
She is survived by 5 children, daughters, Angela Brown and husband, Max, Lisa Hill, Debra Hebert and husband, Robert; son, Stephen Blaine LeDoux and wife, Dora, Timothy LeDoux and wife, Jacquelyn; 2 brothers, Leonard Lejeune of Lake Arthur, LA, Ronnie Lejeune of Port Neches, TX and 18 Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Alcee LeDoux; son, Paul Alcee LeDoux Jr.; parents, Alvin and Lillie Lejeune and sister, Geraldine Fruge.
Her funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2011 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Raymond, LA. Father Babasino Fernandes will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Island Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 10 a.m. til 10 p.m.at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh. Rosary will be recited Friday evening at 7 p.m.
