Anthony Reyes

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Anthony Reyes, age 24 of Weslaco, Texas on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Anthony was born on March 27, 2001 in Weslaco, Tx, son of Marcelo Reyes and Natali Alonso.

He leaves behind the gift of his unborn daughter Amaya Elaine Reyes, who will carry forward his memory and love and his Beloved Kimberly. Left to cherish his beautiful memory are his parents Natali Alonso and Marcelo Reyes, his brothers Marcelo Reyes Jr., Emanuel Reyes, and Mauricio Reyes. He is also survived by his nephew Jacob Noah Lee Reyes, his maternal grandparents Imelda and Ciro Alonso and uncle Ciro Eduardo Alonso.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Everardo Reyes and Araceli Martinez.

The love and memories you left will forever remain in our hearts. Your smile, laughter, thoughtfulness and warm touch is what set you apart. You are now with God and with His love, you will rest eternally.

Until we meet again, know that we love you, Our Dearest Anthony.

Your sense of humor and spontaneous actions were attributes that always lifted up a room. Your dedication and passion to succeed was first and foremost in all that you did. The support of your family and friends ignited the fire within you. The love you had for us will and always remain everlasting.

Visitation for Anthony will be held Monday, May 5, 2025 from 11:00 AM till midnight with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78599. Visitation will continue Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 8:00 AM with a chapel service at 1:00 PM followed by the interment at 2:00 PM at Highland Memorial Park, Weslaco, Tx 78599.
