October 19, 1957 – June 14, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Debra Ann Wilkerson, who left this world peacefully on June 14, 2025, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas, at the age of 67.
Debra was born on October 19, 1957, in Pipestone, Minnesota, to Ralph Baldwin and Patricia Cullen. From the moment she arrived, she brought warmth, light, and love into the lives of all who knew her. She grew up with a deep appreciation for life’s simple joys and a heart that radiated compassion.
Debra had a creative spirit and a tender soul. Her hands were rarely still—always crocheting beautiful pieces that were given with love and wrapped in comfort. She had a fascination with hourglasses, collecting them as reminders of the beauty and fragility of time. Her love for animals was boundless, and her home was always a welcoming place for furry friends in need of care and affection.
Thrift shopping at Goodwill was one of her greatest pleasures, where she found hidden treasures and delighted in the stories behind every item. But nothing brought her more joy than time spent with her family or catching up on her favorite TV shows, with a cozy blanket and a cup of some refreshing Diet Coke.
Debra’s legacy is one of love, resilience, and kindness. She was a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, and a cherished sister. She is survived by her loving husband, Russell Wilkerson; her children, Dave Baldwin, Trish Ollie, Matt Ollie, and Courtney Johnson; and her step-children, Kim English, Kevin Wilkerson, and Brennon Wilkerson. She also leaves behind her siblings, Sandy McCarty, Patrick Wagoner, and Michael Wagoner, along with many extended family members and dear friends whose lives she touched.
Debra’s life was a tapestry woven with laughter, sacrifice, strength, and compassion. Though our hearts are broken by her absence, we are deeply grateful for the time we had and the love she gave so freely. Her spirit will continue to guide us, and her memory will forever remain in our hearts.
Rest peacefully, Debra. You were deeply loved, and you will be dearly missed.
