Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Constanza G. Morales "Connie", his two sons Jose Morales Jr. and George Morales "Porgie" (Alma Morales), three grandsons Eric Macareno, Joel Macareno and Ronaldo Ponce, and one granddaughter, Emily Joy Morales. He is also survived by his brother, Justice of the Peace Jesse Morales and sister Mary Morales Bokmeyer.
Jose is now reunited with his parents Ramon and Aurelia Morales, brothers Ramon Morales Jr., Israel Morales (Racquel Morales) and sister Consuelo Trevino.
Dad loved spending time outdoors. He loved going hunting with his son George, but his pride and joy was his granddaughter Emily Joy Morales. He was her first teacher, he taught her math and reading and how to write in cursive and he made sure she learned to defend herself. He retired from Williamson Dickies in Weslaco, TX. He worked there for 32 years as a supervisor. He will be greatly missed, and will forever live in our hearts.
Family will receive friends Sunday, June 9, 2024 from 1 pm to 10 pm with a rosary recited at 7 pm at Funeraria del Angel Highland in Weslaco.
