Lorenza G Villarreal, age 88, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at her residence in Weslaco. She is now reunited with her parents: Ernesto & Matilde Villarreal; siblings: Jesus Villarreal, Maria Zepeda, Eva Martinez, Enedina Guajardo & Ernesto Villarreal Jr, who have preceded her in death. Left to cherish her memory are her loving daughter: Linda Torrez and husband Ray Torrez and son: Ricardo Almaguer. She will also be greatly missed by her grandchildren: Roxanne Graham and husband Brian Graham, John Rivera Jr and wife Jennifer Rivera.; great-grandchildren: Damien Palmer, Shelbi Dowers, Taylor Rivera and Trey Rivera.
Family will receive friends Monday, August 28, 2023 from 2 pm to 10 pm with a prayer service at 7 pm at Funeraria del Angel Highland in Weslaco. Funeral service will be held at 12 pm, Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Funeraria del Angel Highland in Weslaco. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
