Noe was born on 09/25/1970 in Bluffton, OH. He loved spending time with his family. His hobbies included writing( he was a great writer), cooking, and watching football, especially The Dallas Cowboys. he had a great love for God and enjoyed reading the bible and spreading the word to those in need.
He is survived by his wife; Clarinda Ramos, his children; Celestine Lara, Noe Rodriguez, Justin Rodriguez, his grandchildren; Allyson, Aaliyah, Austin, Audrey Lara, Isaiah and Jayden Rodriguez, his parents; Sylvestre and Maria Rodriguez, his siblings; Jaime, David, Ismael Rodriguez.
Noe is preceded in death by his brother; Sylvestre( Silver) Rodriguez Jr, his paternal grandfather; Jacinto Rodriguez Rueda, his brother; Jose Antonio Rodriguez, his maternal grandparents; Pablo Abeldaño Sr, Felicitas Martinez Abeldaño.
A visitation for Noe will be held Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596. A prayer service will occur Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 7:00 PM. A burial will occur Friday, March 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Highland Memorial Park, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596.
