Roberto Carrillo

Roberto is survived by his loving wife Concepcion Carrillo, his children Mary Chavez (Rudy Chavez), Jose Arturo Carrillo (Janet Carrillo), Alicia Carrillo and Irma Carrillo Rocha (Ricky Rocha), his grandchildren Cindy Chavez Macias (Mario A. Macias), Michelle Chavez (Thomas Warner), Vanessa Chavez (Anthony Lionel Saenz), Rachel Bernal Anciso (Matthew Anciso), Aubertico Bernal Jr., Cristobal Bernal Jr., Justin Carrillo, Jenna Carrillo, Monica Carrillo and Jessica Carrillo and his great grandchildren Mario A. Macias Jr., Mileena A. Macias, Priscilla Anciso, Albertico Bernal III, Reina C. Bernal, Ivan Bernal, Cristobal Bernal Jr. and Tessa Carrillo.

Roberto is preceded in death by his parents and his son Javier Carrillo.

Roberto was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He worked at Texsun for many years until the factory shut down, he then worked at Walmart for 20 years. He loved watching football, his favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys and wrestling. You could always find him on the kitchen table, working on his Find-A-Word puzzles. He enjoyed playing Loteria (But was a sore loser if he lost), he was a family oriented man, he loved being around his family, and loved family BBQ's. He will be missed by many, and will forever live in our hearts.

A visitation for Roberto will be held Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a Rosary recited at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596. A chapel service will occur Monday, March 6, 2023 at 10:00 AM, followed by the burial at 11:00 AM at Highland Memorial Park.
