Samantha embodied the true essence of a warrior, facing her cancer battle with unwavering positivity and unshakeable love and strength. Her journey was marked by unrelenting determination, and optimism. The unwavering support of her loved ones made her journey a testament to the power of faith and resilience.

Sam’s selfless nature and passion for helping others find their happiness was truly inspiring. She had a remarkable ability to connect with people and leave a lasting impact on their lives. Her love for her daughter, singing and her favorite sports team, the Dallas Cowboys, brought her great joy. She was a true nurturer, always putting her family first and fostering a sense of unity among them. Sam was a true gem, and her legacy of love and laughter will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Samantha’s legacy lives on through her husband Andrew Alexander, daughter Serenity Rose Alexander, siblings Roberto Gonzalez, Joey Garcia (Cindy), Selena G. Segura (Jesus), Sydney Rae Sanchez, and Stephanie Ryana Sanchez. Nieces and nephews: Sophia, Camila, Jesus, Sayde, Estella, Josiah, Luke, Leila, and Charlotte. She will also be remembered by her Grandmother Ana Sanchez, great Grandmother Lina M. Sanchez, Mother-In-Law Eleanor O’Brien, Father-In-Law Glenn R. Alexander, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She is guided by the love and light of her departed family members, including her parents Felix and Flor Estella Sanchez, Grandparents, Noe M. Sanchez, Cipriano and Martha Gonzalez, Great Grandparents, Rafael C. Sanchez, Julia Torres, and Cousins, Ramon Gonzalez Jr, and Julian Garcia III, who have paved the way for her to follow.

A visitation for Samantha will be held Sunday, August 18, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596. A prayer service will occur Sunday, August 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM. A chapel service will be on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 10:00 AM. A burial will occur Monday, August 19, 2024 at 11:00 AM.
