Was reunited with his beloved wife Beulah (nee Turner) September 2, 2011 at the age of 91. Loving father of Sharon (Robert) McLean and step-father of Thomas (Vicki) Lanphier. Proud grandfather of Robert and Scott McLean; Cheryl (Martin) Stearns; Thomas (Alice), Peter (Kim) and Michael Lanphier. Further survived by a niece, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his brother Freddy Noftz and sister Ruth Johnson. Visitation will be held Wednesday September 7 at the Funeral Home from 4PM until time of Service at 7PM. Interment at Highland Memorial Park Thursday at 11AM
Philip was proud to be a WWII Army Air Force Veteran, an active member of the West Allis Radio Amateur Club and a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason. He was also a long time member of the First Baptist Church of West Allis.
