It is with a heavy heart that I write this . Angel was like no other friend I’ve ever had . He was so caring and funny and there was never a dull moment with him. I was blessed to be able to meet him and share many memories with him and finally spend those final moments with him. I will forever treasure everything Angel taught me and I miss him so much. He was a father figure for me as I’m sure he was to many others . Rest in peace my friend .. -axel

Angel’s service was beautiful. Thank you to the Mendoza and Cazarin families for being so kind and welcoming. Our hearts go out to all of you. 

We grew up knowing we had a brother named Angel.  When we were kids we would make the trip from Northern California to San Gabriel to visit our grandparents and I’d hope maybe we will meet
him this time but it would never happen. Not until I was an adult with kids. I finally knew who my big brother was. I am so glad we had the chance to meet him and get to know him. I just wish we had more chances. He was funny and caring, but tough. He loved his family so much. Rest in heavenly peace our brother Angel (with a halo above the A). Love always, your little sister Ruby
