Elvira preceded in death by Richard Palmer her son in law, Jerry Parras her son, Jesse Espino her brother and Petra Espino her sister. Elvira is survived by her daughter Dora Palmer; her grandchild Jessica Palmer, her grandchild Nicholas Palmer, her great grandchild Luke Jensen, her great grandchild Baby On The Way, her sibling Belma Pera, her sibling Virginia Espino, her sibling Beto Espino and her sibling Merced Espino.

A graveside service for Elvira will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 2161 S Fullerton Rd, Rowland Heights, California 91748.
