

Juan Jose was born on November 26, 1970, to Teresa Marquez Barragan and Miguel Flores Diaz in Guadalajara, Mexico. He moved from Mexico to Los Angeles, California at the age of 3. Juan Jose attended Nimitz Junior High School and Jordan High School. Juan Jose was a successful entrepreneur and business owner. His passion to succeed was something that he thrived on.
Juan Jose was beloved by his family and friends. He was known as the comedian of his family and the uncle that everyone could rely on. Juan Jose worked tirelessly to build a strong foundation for those that he loved in all that he did in life. Juan Jose loved guns, boating, trucks, fixing cars, family get-togethers, and holidays. He enjoyed spending time with his siblings, nephews, and nieces. Recently Juan Jose had become a godfather to his pride and joy, his young godson Leo Arreola.
Juan Jose, was a valiant, driven and hardworking son, brother, uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and godfather. He is survived by his sisters, Maria and Guillermina; brothers, Roman and Sergio; nieces, Margarita, Breanna, Teresa, Angelina and Natalia; nephews, Ricardo, Eduardo, Bryan, Christian, Steven, and Roman Jr.; great-nieces; Roxanne, Marilyn, and Valentina; great-nephews, Giovanni, Isaac, Alessio, Micheal, Peter, Luke, Julian; godson; Leo; Cousins, Luisa, Laurita, Connie, Hector, Roger and Julio.
Juan Jose will be greatly missed. His family is still coping with his sudden passing. The family is at peace knowing that he is in heaven with his brother-Victor, his mother-Teresa, his uncle-Juan, and his aunt- Helen.
Memorial Services for Juan Jose Diaz will be held on May 12, 2023 from 4:00-8:00pm at the Funeraria Del Angel, 2333 W. Merced Ave. West Covina, CA 91790.
