Brian Matthew Gosden, 46, passed away Monday, October 16, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at McLaren’s Chapel in West Des Moines.
Brian was born June 7, 1971 in Mansfield, OH to David and Marjorie (Marshall) Gosden. He was employed as a manager in the IT department at Global Atlantic in Des Moines. Brian was an avid woodworker who loved to golf, coach volleyball, and spend time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa; daughter, Kenzie; son, Ethan; parents, Dave and Marge Gosden; and brother, Todd (Vicky) and their children, Grant and Julia Gosden. Brian was preceded in by his grandparents, Carl and Alice Gosden and Harold and Dorothy Marshall.
