Charles Timothy Stahly, 51, died Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in San Francisco, CA. Memorial services and burial will be planned at a later date.
Charles was born September 2, 1970 in Brookings, SD to Timothy and Sharon (Chenoweth) Stahly. During his youth, Charles moved from Brookings with his family to Lincoln, Nebraska and then Lexington, KY. He graduated from Lafayette High School in 1988 in Lexington and attended college. He worked in the food service industry. In his adult life he lived in Lexington, Ames, Denver, Las Vegas, and San Francisco.
Charles is survived by his sister, Lisa Stahly of San Francisco; brother, Ben Stahly of Cedar Rapids, IA; nephew, Dylan Stahly; niece, Althea Moon Pease; uncles, Orville (Jeanne) and Lyle (Diane) Chenoweth, and Mike (Judy), Steve (Marcia), and Dan (Kimmeron) Stahly; aunt, Louise (Curt) Bauman; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his maternal grandparents, Orville Chenoweth Sr., and Lila (Richard) Boss, and his maternal grandparents, Vernon and Frances Stahly.
