Philip Colt Moss passed away on November 13, 2024. After his passing, Colt’s family hosted a private celebration of life. The gathering was intimate, focusing on remembering and celebrating his life with close family and friends. Colt was born on June 28, 1983, in Des Moines, Iowa. After graduating from Valley High School, he attended The University of Iowa where he studied political science and creative writing. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, he attended Charlotte School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate and eagerly entered the practice of law. Colt was a dedicated and passionate lawyer and cared deeply about helping others, especially during tough times. He married the love of his life, Ande Skinner Moss, on September 24, 2022, in Thousand Oaks, California, surrounded by family and friends.

Colt is survived by his wife, Ande Skinner Moss, mother, Mariann Moss, father, Terry Moss, and his beloved Havanese puppy, Ivy. He will be remembered for his generosity, kindness, selflessness, and his charm. He left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
