Patty J. Noble, 80, passed away to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines. Visitation will be from 11 to 1 p.m. Saturday at McLaren’s Chapel with a funeral service at 1 p.m. Burial will take place at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.
Patty was born June 2, 1934 in Creston, IA to Roderick and Althea (Sally) Williams. She graduated from Urbandale High School in 1952. Patty worked at Bishop Drumm for over 20 years. She was baptized on December 7, 2014 at Grace Church, where she was a member. Patty was very caring and compassionate and loved to help people. She loved to line dance, listen to country music, horseback riding, taking care of stray cats and camping at the Iowa State Fair.
Patty is survived by her five daughters, Toni Davis, Peggy Noble, Ranae Noble, Jackie Noble and Vickie Noble (Victoria Bustamante); two sons, Rusty Noble and Tim Noble; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and her sister, Peggy Rhiner. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bud Williams.
