Shirley K. Crozier, 65, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2011 at her home in Des Moines. Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m. Friday at McLaren’s Chapel followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. Burial will take place at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.
Shirley was born March 7, 1946 in Des Moines, Iowa to Clarence and Erma Polke. She enjoyed going to the library, spending time with family and friends and she loved her cat, Dakota.
Shirley is survived by her son, Brian (Samantha) Viers of Des Moines; grandson, Joshua Thompson of Washington and sister, Phyllis McHone of Waukee. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Leanna Viers and brother, Russell Polke.
