Yvonne was born on January 2, 1928, to Carl and Freda Frost in Des Moines, IA, and married Clifford L. Morton in 1946. Clifford passed away in 2011. Yvonne worked at Northwestern Bell and sang with their choir for over 30 years. She was devoted to the Lord and attended church regularly for as long as she was able.
She is survived by her son Calvin (Ruth Ann) Morton of Florida, her daughter Mary (John) Grandfield of Missouri, five grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Preceding Yvonne in death were her parents, husband Clifford, sister Joyce (Frost) Marmet, and brothers Jack and Jerry Frost. Yvonne will be laid to rest at Mariposa Memorial Gardens in Mesa, AZ. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
