Della Mae Hudson

DELLA MAE HUDSON Mother Della Mae Hudson was born on May 25, 1925 to the late Harry and Susie Johnson in Shellman, GA. She met and married Richard "Sarge" Hudson, on February 22, 1972. He preceded her in death on January 28, 1991. "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them and they follow me." (John 10:27) Mother Hudson obeyed the voice of the one she served, and on July 4, 2012, she answered the call of her Lord. She leaves to cherish her memories six daughters, Willie Mae Garbit (Steve), Riviera Beach, FL, Mary J. Henley (John Henley, Sr., deceased), West Palm Beach, FL, Emma "Happy" Powell (James), West Palm Beach, FL, Extella Smith (Robert), Glendale, AZ, Annie D. Williams, Riviera Beach, FL, and Nicole Y. Hudson, Riviera Beach, FL; three sons, Donald Williams (Mary), Sacramento, CA, Elder Gary Williams (Barbara) Columbia, SC and Jeffrey Williams (Elizabeth) Port St. Lucie, FL; one sister, Doddnella Gilbert; a nephew, Jimmie Johnson, Sr., raised with them as a brother in DeLeon Springs, FL, thirty-six grandchildren, fourty-one great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren and a host of sorrowing cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors. Final viewing will be on July 14, 2012 at 9:00 AM Hurst Chapel AME Multipurpose Center, 1617 Silver Beach Road. Funeral Services for the Late Della Mae Hudson will start at 10:00 AM.
