age 78, returned to his heavenly home on May 29, 2016. His devotion to his family and his firm belief in God supported him and gave him peace. Ednol was born December 9, 1938 in Spring Point Acklins Island, Bahamas, to the late Richard Hanna and Nellie Lean Hanna. He moved to Florida in 1952 where he was immersed in a Christian community that would be his lifelong support from an early age. Ednol was fortunate to have a large and loving family. He was blessed with a wonderful wife of twenty three years, Nancy Hanna, eight children: Joann C. Hanna, Belinda A. Hanna, Ulysses Baker (deceased), Ednol (Troy) Hanna, Jr., LaTarsha Hanna-Huff (Gregory), Regina Hanna Butler, Pamala Hanna Ryan (Anthony), and Lloyd Dennis Hanna (Anjanette); four stepchildren: Stephanie Ransom, Rodney Rolle (deceased), Vera Gibson-Willis (Carlton), and Jason A. Colberg; two sisters: Naomi Mackey (Charles), Marion Smith (Prince); two brothers: Curtis Hanna (Mable), Patrick Hanna; three deceased brothers: Errington Hanna (Olive), Preston Hanna (Esperanza), Halbert Hanna (Nellie) and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
