Elizabeth R Duralia

Elizabeth R. Trainor Duralia (Betty Rae) died peacefully on June 22nd, 2023. She was the wife of Emil M. Duralia (deceased as of December 2003). She was the daughter of the late Daniel and Rachel Trainor. Elizabeth was born in Clairton, Pa and was a graduate of Clairton High School and Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pa. She was the mother of Mary Catherine Lemak of Moon Township, Pa. and Elizabeth Schamp of Jacksonville, Fl. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Nancy Duralia of Delray Beach, Fl., grandchildren Ryan Eugene Duralia, Scott Duralia, Emily Duralia, Jonathan Duralia, Christopher Schamp and great grandchildren Ellie Jo Duralia,Teddy and Rhys Schamp. She was preceded in death by her beloved sons; Paul in 2003 and David in October 2022. Elizabeth also leaves behind nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

Elizabeth was a retired teacher from St. Bernadette Catholic School in Monroeville, PA., having taught there for 17 years. She was a member of Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in West Palm Beach where she was very active as a cantor, member of the church choir and many other church ministries. She was also the President of her condo association in Century Village for many years and served as a volunteer usher at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 12noon at Mary Immaculate Church-3905 Sequoia Dr, West Palm Beach, Fl. 33409.
