Jane Reese Poston, born December 12, 1929 was a native of West Palm Beach. She was predeceased by her parents, Marjorie Bowler Reese and Paschal C. Reese, attorney and former Mayor of West Palm Beach.
She was a retired administrator with the Palm Beach County School System. She received her Masters Degree from Florida State University. She was a teacher at Suncoast and Forest Hill High School. After retirement, she was the Food Director at the Cenacle Spiritual Life Center.
Jane was a member of the Altar Guild at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. She was a member of the PEO Chapter BX. She enjoyed gardening and belonged to the Allamanda Gardening Club.
Jane is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Poston Page and her daughters Katie Britt ( Dustin), and Sarah Jane Vanderploeg (Ben) and Jane's son Paschal Allen Poston ( Naomi ) and their son, Paschal Reese Poston.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at Quattlebaum Funeral,Cremation and Event Center at Hillcrest Memorial Park ,6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405 followed by a celebration of life.
Donations may be made in memory of Jane to Hospice of Palm Beach County. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Emergency Room at Good Samaritan Medical Center and Hospice of P. B. County and Five Star Fountainview Senior Living.
