John Theodoropoulos

John Theodoropoulos, age 89 of Greenacres, Florida passed away peacefully at home on April 22, 2013 with his family by his side. John was born on April 12, 1924 in Nafpaktos, Greece to his late parents, Mr. Demetrios Theodoropoulos and Mrs. Penelope (nee Skoufos) Theodoropoulos. John was employed as a Policeman in Greece until he moved to the United States; where he began a career working with the United Auto Workers as an Assembly Line Worker for over twenty years. He will be forever remembered by his family as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. John was preceded in death by his son, Taki Theodoropoulos in 2008. He leaves behind to cherish his memories a loving wife of sixty years, Eugenia Theodoropoulos; three children, Penelope Sandlin and her husband, Jerry of South Carolina, Toula Langdon and her husband, William of Michigan, Demetria Rosynek and her husband, Dave of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; one sister, Foto Alexopoulos of Michigan; one brother, George Theodoropoulos of Greece; a daughter-in-law, Debra Theodoropoulos of Michigan; and eleven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Family and friends will visit and pay respects on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 from 6PM – 8PM at Mizell-Faville-Zern Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 6411 Parker Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33405, (561) 833-4061 with a Trisaigon Service held at 7:45PM. A Funeral Service will be held 11AM on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church, 110 Southern Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33405, (561) 833-6387.
