My classmate, my friend, my co worker, my supervisor.  You were the most knowledgeable person that I know in transportation,  almost 40 years.You will always be remembered  for your kind, loving, and caring spirit. RIP my friend

I had the pleasure of working with Johnny for many years. I will always remember him as a true friend & gentleman. He will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

Johnny was an honorable person and kind .He always did the right thing and he is missed by all who knew him

Many great memories with Mr Milton from when I was a child. He was the bus driver who when you were in elementary school really sets the tone of the day and he was absolutely the greatest. It’s been over 30 years and I remember many times on the bus with him clear as day. He was so fun to be with and talk too. 
One day I brought my camera on the bus and we took the attached picture in the bus loop of Jerry Thomas in apx 1985. Later in the 90’s I linked up with him again and I remember showing him this picture and he laughed. He was such a special person. So sorry to hear of his passing ~ Prayers for his family.

I am deeply sorry to hear about Mr. Milton's passing. He will always be Mr. Milton to me. He was my bus driver. Someone that looked out for me when no one else did.  That was back in the 80's. On my bus I had a bully and Mr. Milton would not stand for that. He could manage to watch the road and keep students in their seat and behaving at the same time. The students respected and appreciated him, Almost 25 years later I came to work at the School District and the first meeting I walk into he is there. I actually cried a little. He gave me a big hug. It was a pleasure through the years to work with him on various things and to see what a difference he made at work and how respected he was. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing. I had the honor working with Johnny, he was a wonderful man, who made the best of any situation.  He never hesitated to help when ever needed and could always make you smile.  You will be sorely missed by all, go "rest high" you have earned it.

Too a great friend who I will truly miss. We were always able too sit down and discuss different ideas, issues etc. We had a great working relationship. You will be missed my friend. Love you.

To the Family of Johnny Milton: I worked with Johnny at The School District of Palm Beach County for over 30 years.  Johnny was always loved and respected by many hundreds of Transportation Department employees. He was deeply knowledgeable about his job and all of the Department;  but more important is that he loved people, his family, his Church and especially its young people, he cared about everyone.  He had a deep and loving heart. He was fun, lots of laughter! He made the BEST mac and cheese. He was full of joy everyday while getting the job done. Johnny is someone we will never ever forget in Transportation.  Wonderful memories of Johnny will live on in people's hearts. May God bless his memory.
