We, the Fosselman family, were so sad to hear of Rusty's passing.  We were always fond of Rusty and he had a soft spot in our hearts.  A very talented artist whose work we always enjoyed seeing.  A life gone way too soon. Our prayers and heartfelt condolences to the family.

Dear Mary and Family,
Chelsea and I are very sad to learn about Rusty. He and I bumped into each other over the years since St. Ann’s. Our conversations started with Chelsea but would move into our own job interests or guy stuff!  
Chelsea remembers a cute visit she and Kyle Kendall had when Rusty’s dad answered the door. Mr Macfarland told the girls Rusty was sleeping but come in and wake him up! Rusty was so happy to see Chelsea snd Kyle! 
Another charming story….At their 10 year reunion, Rusty told Chelsea that he thought I was a good guy…I am thrilled. Also, Chelsea went to Rusty’s art exhibition at the Norton. Her description of his art pieces were amazing. What talent and feeling he showed!
To Chelsea and I, Rusty was talented, intelligent, full of energy, polite and full of pep!
We hope to see you, family and maybe cousin Kay Carow too when you’re ready.

Words can never express such a loss of a loved family member. Russell was a kind and talented artist with incredible talent.

I have some great recent memories of running into him on Flagler Drive this past year walking our dogs, bright and early, specifically the day after I lost my father this past fall.

While we were not as close as we were when we were younger, he still was happy to see me and showed great empathy and compassion to me on that tough morning for my family and I will always remember that.

He will be truly missed.
