Shirley used to take care of me as a toddler some 40+ years ago.  I loved spending time with her and believed she was my sister when I was that age.  I feel blessed to have the chance to have spent time with her last year after not seeing her for years.  I spoke to her a few weeks before her passing.  I thank God for this blessing as well.  She was family to me.  One of the sweetest, kindest, and most resilient people we know.  We love her.  She will be missed greatly. 

My cousin Shirley was a inspiration do me even though I live in New York and she live in Florida we will talk a couple time every day don't matter how sexy was he was the most upbeat person in no even when I'm picking in there we will end up laughing the last time I spoke to her October 6th 9:07 p.m. I said to her" OK SHIRLEY GO BACK TO SLEEP I WILL TALK TO YOU  IN MORNING " and she said "OK" somehow I wish I had said more. I MISS YOU MY COUSIN!

My sincere condolences to all of those who mourn, of our beloved Shirley. Her life was a blessing, her cherished memory will never fade. They will live in our hearts forever. Rest in peace Shirley you will be surely missed.

Ms Shirley was an amazing woman who made me smile and never see the bad things always the good sadly you are going to be missed my deepest sympathy to the durant family my friend is  gone but will never be forgotten  love always

My condolences to the family. I too was a neighbor of Ms. Durrant and will always remember her smile and kindness every time I saw here. May you rest in eternal peace. And family look to the hills from which cometh your strength. (Psalm 121:1-2)

I am so blessed to have known such a beautiful and wonderful lady, who always had a big smile and a nice conversation everytime  you saw her. May God continue to bless her sons and family, and may she rest in Heavenly peace.
