54 years old, died Monday, March 7, 201. Born on April 15, 1961, she was the daughter of deceased parents, Ruth June Radice and Anthony Francis Migliaccio. Toni was a Downs Syndrome child who suffered an early onset of Alzheimer’s. She is survived by her beloved sister, Betty Prokloyshen (husband, Al); her nephews, Steven Prokolyshen (wife, Julie) of Florida and Joseph Prokolyshen of Pennsylvania; several cousins in New Jersey; many friends in New Jersey and her new friends from the Star Program and the Glow Worms bowling league.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 11, 2016, at the QUATTLEBAUM FUNERAL, CREMATION & EVENT CENTER, 5411 Okeechobee, Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL, 33417. Toni will be cremated and buried with her parents in Roebling, NJ.
