Victor/Papi is known by his family as Papa Boat due to his love of fishing. He was also known as Die Hard as he always enjoyed watching Bruce Willis “Die Hard” Movies.
Victor is survived by his children, Anna Gladys Lugo, Blanca Lugo Martir, Carmen Lugo, Victor Manuel Lugo Jr, Jeanette Vergara Lugo, John Lugo, Kiesha Victoria Griffin as well as grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Victor only surviving sibling is his sister Antonia Lugo.
Victor met his wife Anna Gladys Velaquez in New York City and later married. They raised their children in New York and both moved back to Puerto Rico on retirement. They are now together in Heaven rejoicing at the side of Jesus our Lord.
