Ethel B. Luthe

Ethel was born September 3, 1919 in Parkersburg, IL. Her parents were Clinton A. and Golda Sarah (Wood) Kinkade. She married Clyde Luthe May 11, 1939 in Parkersburg and he preceded her in death December 31, 1993.

Ethel was a homemaker and worked on the assembly line at Champion Labs. She loved gardening and taking care of her family.

She is survived by one son; Gary Luthe of West Salem, IL, daughter-in-law; Leslie Luthe of West Salem, IL, sister; Lelah Luthe of Albion, IL, 2 grandchildren; Jeffrey Luthe of Decatur, IL, Melody (Karl) Case of West Salem, IL and 2 great-grandchildren; Konner and Katelyn Case.

Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son; Larry Luthe, and 4 sisters; Vera Kinkade, Ruby Knust, Sarah Anderson and Fern McElwain.

Funeral service will be held Monday, September 24, 2012 at 10:00AM at Ingram Funeral Home in West Salem. Visitation will be Monday, September 24, 2012 from 9:00AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg, IL.
