Born in Ireland, longtime resident of Vancouver, passed away peacefully in Vancouver General Hospital on August 29th, 2012 after a long illness. Lovingly remembered by his wife; Molly, children; Rachel and Sarah, stepdaughters; Michelle and Vanessa, grandchildren; Jackson, Jordan, Kate and Lexi, sister; Margaret Kelly, as well as brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews, and other family and friends. David was predeceased by his sister Ann (McKeown) and his parents Isabella and Jim. A Funeral Mass will be held at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, 595 Keith Road, West Vancouver, B.C. on Wednesday September 5th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Special thanks to the staff at LGH and VGH for their endless care and attention.
