We send to you our most sincere condolences on the passing of June.  She was a lovely gentle woman, and I know that you will miss her enormously.  
We so enjoyed our times together in Ottawa with Desmond and June, when I was always in awe of June's knowledge of plants and gardens.  She loved them so. 
I trust that you will be comforted by the support of close friends and family, and will savour wonderful memories of times spent together with June. 
We are so sorry that we could not attend the service.

June and I completed the Master Gardener program in 1999. We ran several gardening clinics together and made a point of visiting with each other at Master Gardener Update events. I missed June at this year's Update and wondered what happened until I read the paper recently; my sincere condolences to June's family and friends. June was a lovely gentle person.

I  was deeply saddened to learn of June's passing. One of the milestone events in my worklife was the day June accepted the position as my Executive Assistant at Ottawa Carleton Housing which she held until she and Desmond returned to North Vancouver. Not only did June excel in this very demanding position but, through her very presence, she contributed enormously to staff morale and was often sought out by younger staff members and tenants for her wise counsel. She had the uncanny knack of simplifying life's complexities and making them seem more manageable. Notwithstanding these unique and much valued qualities however, I am perhaps most thankful to June for the patience she exhibited while listening to my numerous escapades on the golf course and showing a sincere remorse for that putt I narrowly missed on the 18th hole. 
In short, June was a very special person and I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to have known her and become her friend.

Caroline and Claire, we are so sorry to hear of June's passing. She held a very special place in our hearts and was taken much too young. We'll be thinking of you and the rest of your family.

I had a very nice working relationship with June when we worked at Ottawa Housing.  She was a lovely lady and was missed when she retired to go west.  Rest in Peace friend, and my condolences to the family.

June and I have been friends since we were about 8 years old.  I have always loved her dearly and can't begin to say how sad I am that she has passed away.  I will always hold a special place for her in my heart.

My thoughts are with Anne and others who knew and loved June.

I knew June over the past years as a fellow gardener and always enjoyed her knowledge, thoughtfulness and gentle ways. A very lovely lady, in all senses of the word.

I worked with June at the City of North Vancouver Engineering Department. She used to do my job for me when I went on vacation.  June was a very caring, happy person who adored her grandchildren and her daughters.  My deepest condolences go out to her family at this difficult time.
