He was a lifetime resident of Westlake. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was also a member of the Westlake American Legion, loved watching horse racing and liked to attend his military reunions.
He is survived by his sons, Glenn Corbello and Sean Corbello of Westlake; daughter, Mary Corbello of Westlake; brother, Frank Daigle of Topsy; sisters, Brenda LeBlanc and Kathy Thistrup both of Westlake; three grandchildren, Maddie Ward, Riley Ward and Zoey Corbello. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Norris Corbello Sr. and Mary G. Daigle, brother, Daniel Daigle and sister, Theresa Corbello.
Services will be 12:00pm, Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and resume Tuesday from 11:00am until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Westlake Memorial Park Cemetery.
