Kenneth Wayne Campbell

Kenneth was a faithful member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He worked for many years in housekeeping and the Marine Dept. at Players Casino, Harrah’s, and Delta Downs. In recent years, he was employed as a school crossing guard with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Department.

He took great pride in his yard and especially enjoyed working with flowers.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ruth Dianne Campbell; his brothers, D.J. Campbell and Robert Michael Campbell; and his parents, Moise and Eula Mae Campbell.

Those left to cherish his memory include his sisters, Barbara Labauve and husband Jackie of Carlyss, LA; Karen Gremillion and husband Larry of Hot Springs Village, AR; Karolyn Baggett of Ardmore, OK; and Brenda Woodall and husband Michael of DeQuincy, LA, as well as his sisters-in-laws, Carolyn Campbell of Lake Charles, LA, and Karen Campbell of Sulphur, LA.

The family will welcome the public for visitation at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 9:30 am until 10:45 am, with a rosary at 10:15 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John Bosco Catholic Church at 11:00 am. Graveside services will be held at Lewis Cemetery in DeRidder at 1:30 pm
