He was born on July 8, 1940 to his parents Lee and Marjorie Wing
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps where he was stationed for a time in Okinawa, Japan.
Tommy grew up in Westlake and retired at 62 from Conoco, a job which he was proud of.
He loved fishing, gardening, doing poster art, bird watching, walking his dog, and visiting with friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Barbara Cormier and Peggy Wells
He is survived by four sons: Tommy (Deanna), David (Amie), Michael, and Brian; fourteen grandchildren: Lakeyn (Scott), Kilieyn, Casidhe (Darrian), Dakota, McKaughly, Mercedes, Kalleigh, Bailey, D.J., Aaron, Mason (Jennifer), Cole, Jared, and Jordan (Britney); nine great grandchildren: Sawyer, Everleigh, Aubree, Logan, Ethan, Ayden, Nick, Austen, and Ivy.
He is also survived by his beloved dog, Peanut.
The family will welcome the public for visitation at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake Friday, June 2, 2023 from 5pm until 9pm. Visitation will resume the following day Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 10am until time of funeral service at 1pm. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery of Westlake.
