David John Angerer

Dave was born on November 17, 1962, to Jack and Roseann Angerer. He was married to the love of his life, Lori Angerer, who preceded him in death. Their love and bond remained a defining part of David’s life. Beloved brother to Kathleen (Mick) Combs and Christy (John) Rickel, Cherished brother-in-law to Becky (Jay) Lemasters, Joe (Janet) Offredo, Terri (Jack deceased) Meadows , Jamie (Lisa) Offredo, and the late Marie (Jim) King, Nick Offredo, Larry Offredo. He was a loving grandfather of Haileigh Soltis and great-grandfather to Zaiden David, Zaniyah, and Zavaeah. Dave was a loved uncle to many nieces and nephews who will miss him deeply. He also shared a special bond of life long friendship and brotherhood with his best friends, Joe Hudson and Richard Hultz.

Dave proudly served in the United States Army 82nd Airborne Division, a role that reflected his strength, dedication, and commitment to service. David’s love for animals was like no other. He always had a four-legged friend by his side. His beloved companion, Lady Belle, will miss him deeply. David had a true passion for cooking and was an amazing cook who loved preparing meals for family and friends.

David will be remembered for his love of family, his loyalty, his service to his country, his compassion for animals, and the warmth he brought into the lives of everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 23040 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145. U.S. Army Military Honors and a funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place on Monday at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio.
