Helen T. Naherny (nee:Tobin), age 90, passed away October 28, 2014 surrounded by her family. The loving mother of Katherine Naherny (Roger Ganser), Eugene J. (Sherlynn Smith), David W. (Denise Woodworth), Gary R. and Dennis T. (Lisa). Proud grandmother of Daniel Naherny, Lauren (Jeremy) Gibson, and Steven Naherny, Erin Ganser (Drew Lockman) and Adam Ganser. Loving great grandmother of Graham Gibson and Jack John and Noah Lockman.
Helen was preceded in death by her sisters Monica Brandt and Rita Selinsky and Eugene Naherny.
Family will receive friends Friday, October 31, from 4 to 7pm at the CATAVOLOS-BERRY FUNERAL HOME 23040 Center Ridge Rd. Westlake.
Christian funeral services will be held Saturday November 1, 11am at St. Christopher Church 20141 Detroit Rd. Rocky River.
Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service at the church.
A private burial will take place at a later date.
Helen’s family would like to give special thanks to the staff of St. John’s Medical Center for their dedication and care.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in Helen’s honor to a charity of choice.
