Constance: Jackie was always there with a candle or two and the great dinners on the patio for us. Always of good cheer and forever the optimist. She could handle herself around a moving truck as well. I will miss her until we all meet again. What a great friend and Lady. Dick G

Jeff, Connie, Ricky. I am truly sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. I'll alway's remember her as my second mother. Whenever I came over to the Heun's home she always greeted me with a smile and treated me as one of her own. She was truly a class act and a lady that I will truly miss.

Your mom was one of the sweetest people I have ever known.  She loved and helped so many young people and she accepted every child just the way he/she came to her. I enjoyed seeing Jackie everyday when she was working with me at LHS.  Jeff she was so very proud of you! She would tell everyone all about her son and your many accomplishments!  God Bless and I am very sorry for your loss.  Knowing your mom - I know she is happy and peace. She was always so positive and joyful.

My condolences to you and your family.  I worked with your mom at Lakewood High.  She always had a smile on her face and made work a pleasent place to be.  She always kept me up to date with your activities since if you remember we went to high school together.  She was very proud of you.

Jackie and I frequently walked in and out of the building together during her last couple of years at LHS.  I'll remember her smile!

Jackie was a well-loved colleague at Lakewood High School.  Always smiling, always positive, always willing to help.  Not only was she there for any of us faculty members with a kind card or thought, but she was always there for the students.  She was a gracious lady who was greatly admired, and it was a privilege to have worked with her.
