Dear Mom:

There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about you.  It is hard to believe that it has been almost three years in May since your death.  With today being your birthday,(March 5), I am reminded of how much you loved your family and helped keep us together.  I miss you terribly but find solace in the memories of our times together and the get togethers we would have at your house with all of the family. I feel you are watching over us.

Dear Grandma, 
I've been thinking of you the last few days more than normal, so I thought I'd write to you again. I love you so much and miss you. I thought I'd tell you how well Mom and I have been with each other and close we have become. Although I have a feeling you already know this. I think you had a part in that and I just want to thank you. You are missed by all of us so much Grandma, and although you were already passed on some special events that had taken place this pass year, I know you were there for them.  
Colleen and Greg ‘s wedding, My College graduation, Sarah's College graduation with honors, Jim getting his job of his dreams and at times taking pictures of your Indians games(don't worry they will win the world series one day), Mike getting promoted in his wonderful job,  and Grandma O'Neil's 90th birthday. We know you were there in sprit Grandma. I love you…

Dear Mom:
I miss you so much.  Thanks for all you have done for me and for helping me raise Lisa and instill good values in her.  I remember the time you took me to Disney World and Arizona and we had a great time. Thanks for all the financial support you have given me, often doing without to help me at the times I needed it most.  You did without material things so your children could have a normal life. Watch over us all and guide Lisa as she is married.

Dear Mom:
It has been one year since your passing. I remember all the things you did for your family.  You were always there for us through good times and bad. There wasn't a grandkid's birthday or ours that you ever      forgot.  Your little cards that you sent me and Lorrie with memorable sayings were really appreciated and they always seemed to arrive when we needed a special thought for the day. You will always be remembered for your compassion to others, generosity of spirit and strong sense of ethics which you left as a legacy to your children.  At times we wouldn't agree on things, but I realize now that you were only trying to give me the benefit of your wisdom and experience. You sacrificed for your family at your expense and I will never forget how you did without things to make life easier for others.  May you rest in peace and be waiting for us at the other end when we are called to judgment.  Love you much.

Dear Grandma Kosmos, I have missed you dearly this past year. I know and feel you are always watching over our family...The one you made and brought into this world. You were always there for all of us. Words cannot explain how much you are missed in this life, however, we know you are in a better place. Thank you for all the wonderful things you did for me like drive me to school, teach me to say my prayers at night, read the children's bible with me, staying up late and telling me about the "old days" and so much more. But most of all, thank you for having such wonderful children. Because of you we continue to build "our" Kosmos family and I am so proud to be a Kosmos.  I love you so dearly Grandma and think about you always.
