Loving son to the late McConnell and Gladys Coakwell; cherished brother to Susan O'Dell (Richard) and father to Marcus Coakwell (Eva) and Jeanine Coakwell; uncle to Jonathan O'Dell and friend to many.
A graduate of Fairview High School in 1972, Jeff became very active in Young Life, a Christ-centered youth organization. Jeff also was a percussionist in several bands, most fondly with his good friends, Joel Lariccia and Dan Sewell. He was an avid reader, loved music and was always known as someone who made everyone laugh. He will be missed by his many friends.
