Karl Reader

He was born on November 29, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in electrical engineering and worked at NASA Lewis Research Center for his entire career. He met the love of his life in 1959 and they were happily married for 61 years and raised four children together.

He is survived by his loving wife Lois (nee Hoehnle), his children Jennifer Meng (Roger), Miriam Eichenauer (Todd), Nathan Reader (Michelle), Anita Morris (Nathan), sister Vernice Deuring (Ray) and brother David (Pam), along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Austin and Geraldine, and brother Paul.

Friends may call on Sunday afternoon from 4-8 pm or Monday morning from 9:30-10:30 at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 23040 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145. A funeral service will be held at Corrigan at 10:30 AM on Monday. A burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 29535 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145.
