Mr. Alireza Nourian was born in Tehran on September 5th 1971. At the age 18th he was a writer of a youth program in Tehran radio station called: “Good Morning Friday with You”; he was auditioned for many movies but chose a career in psychology and business. He was an alumnus of Azad Islamic University with a bachelor’s in psychology. During his university training, he met his future wife, Ms. Afsaneh Kateb, a fellow classmate, and they started an exciting journey together. The two got married in 1993. In 1998, the couple started a successful beauty brand and store in Tehran. called: Beauty Secret. They were not only soulmate but also great business partners. He was an international traveler and ambitious business entrepreneur as well as loving husband, passionate and creative individual with a great sense of humor. He loved sports from swimming to soccer and basketball. He was a “foody” and loved international cuisines not to mention that he was a fantastic cook.
Alireza was patient, disciplined, caring, cordial, selfless, generous, dedicated, devoted, loving, and this list can go on and on but simply put, he was a great guy. In 2013 their dream of coming to the US materialized and the loving couple obtained their green card and re-established themselves as entrepreneurs in Los Angles. Alireza worked very hard to build a solid business and but also worked harder to enjoy life in his new homeland. He had many devoted friends who loved him unconditionally. He would write impressive Persian poetry for his loving wife whom he adored and was elated when he became a US citizen on July 23rd 2019. Alireza was a passionate, humble, popular and gregarious man. On September 27th 2019 he went to Kaiser Permanente ER at Woodland Hills with sore throat and mild fever and discovered that he had Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). During his fight with cancer he was upbeat, strong, brave and had extraordinary zeal to live but God had other plans for him and on October 24th at 5:01 AM PST he answered the divine call and departed his physical body and continued his spiritual living. He will be missed but. Although he may not be physically with us anymore his memories and persona still live in the souls of those who are left behind. Your sudden departure leaves a heartache no one can heal but the indelible memories you have woven into our hearts is something no one can steal.
He is survived by his wife, Ms. Afsaneh Kateb, mother Mrs. Zahra Batooly-Nourian, father Mr. Mohamad Hassan Nourian and brother Mr. Hamidreza Nourian.
