Ayako was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and a source of unwavering strength and kindness throughout her long and beautiful life.
A Life of Love and Devotion
Ayako married Major Walter H. Adams, U.S. Army (Ret.), with whom she shared many decades of partnership, love, and resilience. Together, they built a family grounded in loyalty, hard work, and compassion. Walter preceded her in death on January 10, 2002, and the dedication they shared continues to live on in their children and grandchildren.
A Beloved Mother
Ayako poured her heart into raising her four sons—Mike, John, Kenny, and Paul Adams. She worked tirelessly to provide a home filled with warmth, safety, and unconditional love. She is survived by her sons John and Paul, who carry forward her values and her quiet strength.
