Francis Allen Wissell, age 85, of Thousand Oaks, California passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
A funeral service for Francis will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks-Griffin Memorial Park, 5600 Lindero Canyon Road, Westlake Village, CA 91362, followed by a committal service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
