Gioakim Pham Xuan Bach, age 81, of Westminster, California passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021. He was born August 12, 1940.
A prayer service and visitation will be held at Peek Funeral Home, followed by a funeral mass at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, and concluded by a graveside service at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
