She was born on August 29, 1970 in Viet Nam to An Thien Chau and Kristine Nguyet Ha.
Tiffany was a loving Wife to Tap Pham. They were inseparable for 33 years, creating lasting memories and a beautiful family together. She was a beloved, caring Mother to Shannon and Dillon Pham.
She will be deeply missed by all family members and friends.
