Antonio sadly leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 59 years, Anna, his two children, Rocco Crea and his wife Ann Marie, Natina Rotolo and her husband Tom. Loving grandfather to four grandchildren Christine, Joseph, Sofia and Siena. Loving brother to Frank and Saverio.
Antonio was born in Bagaladi, Provincia di Reggio Calabria, Italy. He served in the Italian military in the mid 1950s where he rose to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. Antonio immigrated to the United States in 1965 where he then resided in the Bronx, New York until 1990. He then moved to Westwood, New Jersey.
Antonio started his career at the Berlitz School of Language in Manhattan, where he taught Italian to countless students, including Robert DeNiro and Connie Francis, sharing not only the language but also the rich culture of his homeland. He later joined the NYC Board of Education until his retirement. Antonio loved his family very much and was a die-hard fan of the NY Mets as well as Italian Soccer.
