Charles M. Capozzi

He is lovingly remembered by his sister Carol Capozzi; his niece Lori Stapleton; and grandnephews Jarrett and Shane Stapleton. He was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Grace Capozzi.

Charles pursued his education at Newark Engineering College and went on to build a distinguished career as an accomplished engineer. His dedication to his profession was matched by his deep care for those around him. Known for his strong paternal instincts, Charles was always there to support family members in times of need.

Charles had a deep love for music—especially jazz, Big Band sounds, The Eagles, and Carly Simon—and he found great joy in attending live music festivals. A talented drummer himself, he embraced rhythm both in music and in life. He also had a passion for cooking, particularly Italian cuisine and homemade bread, which he shared generously with those close to him.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., followed by entombment at Hackensack Cemetery in Hackensack. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
